<p><strong>Project Duration:</strong> April – May 2026 (Event on 19 May 2026)</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking experienced and highly professional Sales <strong>Development Representatives (SDR)</strong> to support a targeted executive outreach project. This role focuses on engaging senior decision-makers across the banking, insurance, and investment sectors to drive attendance for an exclusive industry workshop in Kuala Lumpur.</p><p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong consultative communication skills, confidence in engaging C-suite stakeholders, and the ability to execute strategic outreach across multiple channels.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct targeted outreach to senior decision-makers within banks, insurance firms, and investment companies.</li><li>Execute multi-channel engagement strategies including LinkedIn, personalized emails, tele-outreach, and WhatsApp communication.</li><li>Professionally introduce and position the workshop to secure registrations and attendance.</li><li>Build rapport with C-level executives through consultative and value-driven conversations.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities, RSVP confirmations, and follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure all communications align with professional standards and project expectations.</li><li>Achieve project targets, including securing confirmed attendees for the event.</li><li>Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and team briefings to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar outbound sales role.</li><li>Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite or executive-level contacts.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and consultative approach.</li><li>Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify decision-makers.</li><li>Experience in multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, messaging platforms).</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking skills.</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Prior experience in financial services, corporate events, or B2B engagement campaigns is an added advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li><strong>Target Onboarding Date:</strong> On or before 10 April 2026</li><li><strong>Project Kick-Off:</strong> Outreach activities to commence from 10 April 2026</li><li><strong>Event Date:</strong> 19 May 2026</li><li><strong>Target Outcome:</strong> Secure confirmed attendance for the workshop</li></ul><h3>Why Join SummitNext?</h3><p>At <strong>SummitNext Technologies</strong>, we offer the opportunity to work on high-impact, project-based engagements where you will interact with top-leve
