This is a high-activity prospecting role focused on identifying and qualifying opportunities with tech-forward Mid-Market (1k-5k employees) &amp; ENT (5000+ employees) companies . You'll be the engine that fills our pipeline, setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives to close.</p><p>Reporting to our Nebius Academy Head of Sales, you'll be instrumental in building the foundation of our business expansion, working alongside our growing US sales team.</p><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Send <strong>50+ outbound messages daily</strong> to decision-makers at tech-forward companies (no cold calling)</li><li>Send personalized follow-up messages tailored to each prospect's upskilling needs</li><li>Research target accounts to understand their workforce development challenges</li><li>Identify and engage key stakeholders in L&amp;D, HR, and Talent Development</li><li>Qualify prospects based on company size, tech stack, and training requirements</li><li>Schedule qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity metrics in HubSpot</li><li>Book <strong>35–50 qualified meetings per month</strong> with target companies</li><li>Maintain top-tier conversion rates from outreach to qualified meetings</li><li>Work confidently with sales engagement and prospecting tools, including <a href="http://Apollo.io" rel="nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Apollo.io</strong></a><strong>, Outreach, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot</strong></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven 2+ years B2B sales development or business development experience</li><li>Background selling to similar ICP - ideally Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, or workforce development solutions</li><li>Track record as a top performer - you've consistently exceeded meeting quotas and outperformed peers</li><li>Comfortable with high-volume cold calling as your primary prospecting method (50+ calls/day)</li><li>Experience targeting Mid-Market &amp; ENT companies</li><li>Hunter mentality - energized by cold outreach and the challenge of breaking into new accounts</li><li>Resilient - rejection fuels your determination rather than slowing you down</li><li>Self-motivated and thrive on activity-based metrics</li><li>Exceptional phone presence - you can engage se
