Job Description
<p><em>⭐ Your next adventure awaits here ⭐</em></p><p>As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be a technical expert in charge of supporting sales representatives during their sales process for our IAM offer: you will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise on our SaaS offer and for the post sales process to ensure clients have a good grasp of our software via training.</p><p><em>Your main responsabilities :</em></p><ul><li><br>Conduct interactive demonstrations (and/or create use case) that align to the IP needs for IAM tools users when going to onsite visits</li><li>Attend customer meetings in support of sales representatives to presentour software (EC+, Equinox Corporate, Equinox Law Firm, ELF+).</li><li>Prepare presentationsfor seminars,highlighting oursoftwareand positioning the <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/questel">Questel</a> offer.</li><li>Provide customer trainingforOrbitInventionand OrbitAsset.</li><li>Drive internally the SaaS offer assigned to the SME: raise the kwowledge on the offering of the sales team and all client facing person at <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/questel">Questel</a>, supports the group’s strategic priorities…</li><li>Support Product Managerand User Experience(UX)designerin describingIAM processes and use caseswhen they need theirexpertise</li><li>Ensureregular reporting of field information collected during pre-sales and training activities. </li></ul><p><em>The perfect match…</em></p><p>✅ Master’s degree, engineer, or university scientific studies. </p><p>The ideal candidate has completed a diploma in intellectual property and has a professional experience in one of these fields: </p><ul><li>IP paralegal for a company or a law firm</li><li>IP portfolio management</li></ul><p>With significant experience in using Intellectual Asset Management tools.</p><p>Beside your deep knowledge of IP processes, operations, data and administration, you are proficient in extracting business intelligence from intellectual assets, have a solid understanding of business value chain, processes and applications, and understand very well how C-level Executives use IP information.</p><h3>Other key qualities include :</h3><ul><li>being customer oriented</li><li>having a good capacity to convince your interlocutors with excellent communication and presenting skills</li><li>being a problem-solver, solutions provider to the client and able to think creatively</li><li>being able to help with the migration of the client's data (in combination with our integration team)</li><li>being able to pick up insights within customer conversations and connect them to goals, customer success criteria, products or services</li><li>Excellent listening skills and attention to details</li><li>Fluency in English AND German are required</li></ul><h3>A few more things :</h3><ul><li>Autonomy &amp; time management</li><li>Team spirit and proactivity</li><li>Flexibility to travel (up to 25%)</li></ul><p>Join
