We're stronger together, and you're a person who embraces being pushed out of your comfort zone.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong>As a Residential Real Estate Title Search Quality Control, you will work with our search team to produce and review searches and title reports, determine the legal conditions of properties, and ensure the quality of the final product prior to delivery to our clients.<br><br>You are also be expected to support our Customer Service team on a regular basis by communicating with customers regarding important updates or clarifications, along with receiving and responding to order-related inquiries.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyze completed title searches from our internal searching team for accuracy, completeness and adherence to client specific SOP's.</li><li>Examine, analyze, and evaluate documentation such as deeds, mortgages, property taxes, federal and state inheritance/estate taxes, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, restrictions, bankruptcy filings, foreclosures, chancery proceedings, and plats/maps and othe
