<h3>Work From Anywhere in LATAM &amp; SA</h3><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> EST │ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday</p><p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $1,300 – $1,800 USD/month based on experience</p><p>A bootstrapped B2B SaaS company serving the seasonal pool service industry is looking for a Sales &amp; Customer Success Representative to own its entire front-line customer and warm-sales operation and take day-to-day communication off the founder's plate.</p><p>The company is founder-led and lean, with a low-touch, task-focused culture built around autonomy rather than daily oversight. Its platform serves small business owners in the field-service space, and the business runs on a strong seasonal rhythm — peak activity in spring and summer, and a software sales cycle that heats up in the off-season.</p><p>Day-to-day, this role handles inbound support calls and tickets, runs 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm leads, and manages a HubSpot pipeline of follow-ups and trade-show leads. An initial 1–2 months are spent embedded in the founder's service business to learn the workflows firsthand. Success means customers feel heard and confident, leads are worked proactively without prompting, and the founder is freed from front-line work.</p><h3>Requirements<p></p><p><strong>Must-Have</strong></p></h3><ul><li><strong>2–5 years in a hybrid customer success and inside sales role, with ownership of both inbound support and phone-based sales</strong></li><li><strong>Track record of closing deals by phone through 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm inbound leads</strong></li><li><strong>Hands-on HubSpot experience — pipeline management, sequencing, task management, and deal-stage tracking</strong></li><li><strong>Measurable sales results (quota attainment, lead-to-quote, or quote-to-close conversion) in a prior B2B or B2C role</strong></li><li><strong>Experience supporting or selling to SMB service businesses (pool service, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, or field/home services)</strong></li><li><strong>Remote experience independently managing a queue of 20–100+ customers or leads with minimal supervision</strong></li><li><strong>C1+ English (CEFR) for live phone communication with US-based customers</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Experience with seasonal or field-service businesses and managing demand fluctuations across peak and off-season cycles</strong></li><li><strong>Prior work in an early-stage or founder-led company (under 150 employees) wearing multiple functional hats</strong></li><li><strong>Familiarity with field service management software (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or comparable vertical SaaS)</strong></li><li><strong>Experience using AI-assisted support tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for knowledge-base search and ticket resolution</strong></li><li><strong>Trade show or event lead follow-up experience</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>About <a href="https://himalayas
