<p><strong>Position Overview </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Strategic Industry Units (SIU), and K-12 education markets in the Central location. This role focuses on expanding AVer’s market presence by cultivating strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end-users across targeted verticals. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue, drive market share, and position AVer as a trusted technology provider. </p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting SIU and K-12 education customers. </li>
<li>Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, technology coordinators, purchasing agents, and AV integrators. </li>
<li>Foster strong channel partnerships through regular engagement, joint business </li>
<li>planning, and co-selling strategies. </li>
<li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases and customer needs. </li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical support) to ensure solution alignment and customer success. </li>
<li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product updates to provide market insights and strategic feedback. </li>
<li>Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to leadership. </li>
<li>Represent AVer at trade shows, regional conferences, partner events, and customer engagements. </li>
<li>Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets and customer satisfaction expectations. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. </li>
<li>3/4+ years of proven sales experience in technology, preferably with experience in the education and/or public sector. </li>
<li> Knowledge of AV solutions, video collaboration technology, and classroom or campus technology environments. </li>
<li>Established relationships with key players in the K-12 verticals is highly desirable. </li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a results-driven mindset. </li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools. </li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed. </li>
