Job Description
<div>The Solutions Analyst will play a key role in engaging with key stakeholders to understand and document requirements, processes, risks, and objectives that enable the successful delivery of adm indicia’s technology solutions. As a group level role, you will be assigned projects by the Head of Business Analysis and will provide regular updates regarding the status of your projects and help foster collaboration across the organization to ensure seamless project execution.<br><br>The role will also see you providing sizing and estimates for effort required, supporting the creation and authoring of designs and solutions, as well as supporting daily development activities in a scrum framework. Occasionally, you will also be required to support in conducting application testing and managing smaller projects.<div>The potential candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with development and business teams, manage personal timelines and producing high quality requirements and business cases to achieve project sign off and approvals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by driving successful project outcomes and contributing to the growth and development of business processes and technology solutions.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div><ul><li>You will provide detailed user stories that adhere to best practice standards across a range of projects and programs and write acceptance criteria that are clear, concise and testable. </li><li>Conduct gap analysis to help review and plan to implement change and improvements to achieve our future states </li><li>Define functional and non-functional specifications which will enable users to confirm the functionality and also enable the developers to understand what functionality is required.</li><li>Maintaining and owning the project backlog ensuring items are written to a high level of quality, detailing customer/user requirements, modifying when necessary.</li><li>Attend and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, and then document and analyse as required. Capturing detailed processes as well as risks, assumptions and priorities</li><li>Review end-to-end business processes and utilise data to identify opportunities and assist in decision making with the aim of helping the business deliver on its strategic and tactual change initiatives</li><li>Develop detailed process flows for all projects where required adhering to standard working practices. </li><li>Collaborate across the organization, working with various functions and levels to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables</li><li>Support the design, protyping and development of our technology solutions through ideation, innovation, and business analysis</li><li>Participate in large-scale, cross-functional projects while also supporting daily development activities within a Scrum framework</li><li>Support multiple projects at
