<h3>Property Operations Coordinator</h3><p><strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time, Remote</p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> U.S. Business Hours</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, project coordination, customer communication, and process improvement initiatives.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly. A major focus will be supporting one of our self-storage facilities using Easy Storage Solutions, while also assisting with administrative coordination, reporting, and property management processes.</p><p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while helping build efficient systems that support business growth.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Executive & Administrative Support</h3><ul><li>Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, reminders, follow-ups, and administrative coordination.</li><li>Track deadlines, recurring responsibilities, project milestones, and open action items.</li><li>Organize documents, emails, spreadsheets, reports, checklists, and internal communications.</li><li>Maintain accurate records across company systems and ensure information is properly documented.</li><li>Assist with administrative updates and record management within AppFolio.</li></ul><h3>Project Coordination & Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through completion.</li><li>Create and maintain SOPs, templates, workflows, checklists, reporting tools, and process documentation.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, missing information, and operational gaps.</li><li>Present recommendations and solutions that improve business operations and team efficiency.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure tasks remain on track.</li></ul><h3>Customer & Stakeholder Communication</h3><ul><li>Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, owners, vendors, applicants, and internal team members.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding items and help move projects and operational tasks forward.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and written communication.</li><li>Coordinate with local teams when onsite support is required.</li></ul><h3>Storage Facility Operations</h3><ul><li>Learn and manage daily operations within Easy Storage Solutions.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and text messages.</li><li>Manage reservations, rentals, move-ins, move-outs, payments, account updates, and lease documentation.</li><li>Resolve billing inquiries, gate access issues, and customer account concerns.</li><li>Monitor delinquent accounts and issue reminders according to company policies.</li><li>Maintain customer records, notes, and communication history.</li><
