The successful candidate will manage IT risk registers, coordinate governance activities, track risk mitigation efforts, and develop executive reporting using Power BI.</p><h3>In this role, you will: </h3><ul><li><p>Manage enterprise IT risk registers and the full risk lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Identify, assess, monitor, and report technology risks.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate governance activities and stakeholder engagement.</p></li><li><p>Track risk mitigation plans and remediation activities.</p></li><li><p>Develop executive dashboards and reports using Power BI.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain Power BI data models and DAX calculations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and business teams.</p></li><li><p>Support IT governance, audit, compliance, and enterprise risk initiatives.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain governance documentation and utilize GRC platforms for risk management.</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">5+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, IT Governance, and GRC within large enterprise environments.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">3+ years of Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and executive reporting.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">3+ years coordinating cross-functional teams, governance activities, and risk mitigation efforts. </p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">3+ years preparing executive reports, leadership presentations, and governance committee reporting.</p></li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">Experience with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and IT Operations.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Risk Registers, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Risk Assessments, Risk Appetite, and Governance Frameworks.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">ServiceNow IRM, AgilePlace, SharePoint, Planview, or similar GRC platforms.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/high-tech-genesis">High Tech Genesis</a> Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building inclusive teams where diverse perspectives drive innovation.</p><p class="MsoNormal">We support an accessible recruitment process and are happy to provide accommodation upon request.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada, and resumes should be submitted in Microso
