You will monitoring and reporting on work streams to ensure actions and issues are been followed up. Having excellent communication skills, you’ll collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, and support the monitoring of performance against Contract KPIs. You’ll also attend project meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets, so an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks is essential.</p><p>you’ll handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements. It’s the best way to protect both our and the clients’ commercial interests. Your expertise will also be central in identifying project risks and mitigating them. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for developing project-related reports, analyses and reviews regularly.</p><br><h3><u>What this job involves:</u></h3><ul><li>Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with experience of working for a large international organization in a similar role.</li></ul><ul><li>Client facing role, reporting project progress to the project team including client members and stakeholders at relevant stages of the project</li></ul><ul><li>Working with the PMs to help gather and consolidate project and design related information for regular weekly and monthly reports</li></ul><ul><li>Develop reports and trackers to communicate cost and schedule performance to teams. - Implementing a standardized suite of cost and schedule reports that enable senior management to make data driven decisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in organizing, scheduling and recording minutes of meetings</li></ul><ul><li>Provide cashflow analysis, Invoice Reporting, and analyze data for Monthly Dashboard Reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain project records, project templates, and other confidential project data</li></ul><ul><li>Project Controls support - Implement the cost and schedule management program for assigned project(s).</li></ul><ul><li>Support the planning efforts at various stages, facilitate development of cost estimates
