<p><strong>Location:</strong> Fully Remote (UK)</p><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Contract</p><p><strong>IR35 Status:</strong> Inside IR35</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Initial 3â6 Months (with potential extension)</p><p><strong>Day Rate:</strong> Competitive</p><p><br></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We are looking for a highly organised and proactive <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> to support the successful delivery of cloud transformation, migration, and modernisation programmes across enterprise environments.</p><p>Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed governance, processes, budgets, and timelines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting large-scale Azure and AWS cloud initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support the delivery of cloud transformation and migration projects through effective project coordination and administration.</li><li>Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring progress is accurately tracked and reported.</li><li>Coordinate project governance activities, including steering committee packs, status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation.</li><li>Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Ensure project documentation is maintained, controlled, and stored in accordance with agreed standards and processes.</li><li>Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.</li><li>Support project financial administration, including purchase orders, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate activities across technical and business teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.</li><li>Produce regular project reporting and management information for internal and client stakeholders.</li><li>Support the successful transition of project deliverables into operational support and service teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Experience</p><ul><li>Proven experience in a <strong>Project Coordinator</strong>, PMO Analyst, or Project Support role within IT, technology, or professional services environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and project lifecycle processes.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience producing project reports, meeting minutes, action logs, RAID logs, and project documentation.</li><li>Experience supporting project budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative activities.</li><li>Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as <strong>Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar</strong>.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.</l
