<p><strong>About the role:</strong> We are looking for a <strong><em>Product Manager - Growth & Discovery (m/f/d)</em></strong> who can help shape and validate new product opportunities across our digital sports ecosystem.</p>
<p>This role goes beyond classical product management. You will act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Business, Tech, Design, and external stakeholders, helping to turn complex ideas into clear concepts, validated opportunities, and actionable product initiatives.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, analytical thinking, product intuition, and a genuine passion for football and digital consumer products.</p>

<p><strong>🚀Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Drive product discovery for new growth opportunities, features, user journeys, and business initiatives.</li>
<li>Translate complex business, user, and technical topics into clear concepts, decision papers, and actionable next steps.</li>
<li>Work closely with stakeholders across departments to align priorities, expectations, and product direction.</li>
<li>Analyze user needs, market trends, business requirements, and product data to identify high-impact opportunities.</li>
<li>Prioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.</li>
<li>Prepare and present concepts, recommendations, and product proposals to internal stakeholders and leadership.</li>
<li>Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and business teams to move ideas from discovery into delivery.</li>
<li>Support growth initiatives around mobile app engagement, activation, retention, and user experience.</li>
<li>Take ownership of topics independently, structure ambiguity, and drive progress with minimal guidance.</li>
<li>Stay close to the football, sports, and digital product landscape to bring relevant insights into the product process.</li>
