We are looking for a skilled <strong>PIM Engineer</strong> to manage product data, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity across systems.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br>As a <strong>PIM Engineer</strong>, you will design, build, configure, and maintain <strong>Product Information Management (PIM) solutions</strong> using <strong>Stibo STEP</strong>. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product data is <strong>accurate, consistent, and efficiently integrated</strong> across systems. This role combines <strong>technical backend development with PIM expertise</strong>, enabling scalable and reliable product data management.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li> Configure, customize, and extend the <strong>Stibo STEP PIM platform</strong>, defining entities, attributes, workflows, business rules, and data models. </li><li> Develop <strong>Java backend components</strong> and integration logic connecting STEP with external systems such as ERP, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems. </li><li> Implement <strong>data import/export processes</strong> and manage data transformations (XML, JSON, CSV). </li><li> Design, develop, and maintain <strong>REST or SOAP APIs</strong> for system integrations. </li><li> Monitor system performance, troubleshoot <strong>data quality, performance, and security issues</strong>. </li><li> Participate in <strong>Agile development processes</strong>, including sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation. </li><li> Support <strong>production and staging environments</strong>, including deployments, monitoring, and alerting. </li><li> Maintain version control using <strong>Git</strong>, ensuring adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices. </li><li> Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver <strong>high-quality solutions on time</strong>. </li><li> Mentor and guide junior engineers in <strong>PIM processes and Java development best practices</strong>. </li></ul><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3><ul><li> Strong proficiency in <strong>Stibo STEP PIM/MDM</strong>, including configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models. </li><li> Solid <strong>Java backend development experience</strong> (Core Java, Java EE, or similar frameworks). </li><li> Hands-on experience with <strong>web services (REST/SOAP)</strong> and <strong>API integ
