<h3>Role Overview</h3><p>The PERS Sales Leader will orchestrate and execute a commercial growth strategy to position our Asset Intelligence – APM Software Solutions, driving profitable growth and leading enterprise-level sales across Europe and SSA. You will lead a high-performing sales organization, acting as a transformative leader who cultivates customer-focused, value-based selling behaviors.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><p>Leading and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve TCV/ACV orders and ARR targets. Driving the adoption of value-based enterprise selling for our Asset Intelligence – APM software portfolio.
