<p>We are looking for an experienced, outcome-driven <strong>Cloud Project Manager</strong> to join our <strong>Infra PM &amp; Governance team</strong> within the <strong>Global Logistics &amp; Supply Chain sector</strong>.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering multiple migration waves as part of our major <strong>Move-to-Cloud (M2C) program to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong>. We need a professional focused on fast-paced execution, capable of managing the full application migration lifecycle from assessment to hypercare, while successfully coordinating business stakeholders, Application CoEs, and managed cloud partners.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Migration Wave Execution:</strong> Drive the end-to-end migration lifecycle for application portfolios (Assessment, Planning, Build, Migration, Cutover, and Hypercare).</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Coordinate and align business stakeholders, Application Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the managed cloud partner to ensure seamless execution.</p></li><li><p><strong>Governance &amp; Reporting:</strong> Maintain light but highly effective project governance, including progress reporting, risk mitigation, and swift issue escalation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Migration Factory Alignment:</strong> Execute migration waves using a structured "migration factory" model, applying the right strategies (<strong>Rehost, Replatform, Redeploy</strong>) per application profile.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Cloud Migration Expertise:</strong> Solid, proven track record managing large-scale cloud migration projects, with a strong preference for <strong>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong> environments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Migration Strategies:</strong> Deep understanding of <em>Migration Factory</em> models and cloud transformation pathways (Rehost / Replatform / Redeploy).</p></li><li><p><strong>Enterprise Environments:</strong> Experience working within large, complex corporate infrastructures undergoing major digital transformations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong> Previous exposure to <strong>FinOps</strong> (Cloud Cost Optimization) and <strong>Platform Engineering</strong> principles.</p></li></ul><h3>Soft Skills &amp; Core Competencies</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Outcome-Driven Mindset:</strong> Focused on speed of execution and real deliverables.</p></li><li><p><strong>High Autonomy &amp; Resilience:</strong> Ability to self-manage, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced project environments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.</p></li></ul><h3>Languages &amp; Mobility</h3><ul><li><p><strong>English:</strong> Fluent (mandatory).</p></li><li><p><strong>Mobility:</strong> Must be based in Europe and fully available for occasional travel to France (Paris and Marseille).</p></li></ul><p><a href="htt
