This role focuses on identifying target companies, sourcing key decision-makers, and generating qualified business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Data Mining &amp; Contact Research</strong><ul><li>Build highly targeted prospect databases across multiple industries.</li><li>Research and source accurate contact information, including email addresses, direct phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.</li><li>Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, Operations Directors, Commercial Directors, and Business Owners.</li><li>Use advanced research techniques to source difficult-to-find contact information.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized prospect databases.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Lead Generation &amp; Outreach</strong><ul><li>Build and manage outbound email campaigns.</li><li>Upload and segment prospect lists.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, and conversions.</li><li>Continuously optimize outreach campaigns through testing and improvements.</li><li>Identify and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn.</li><li>Manage LinkedIn messaging campaigns and generate prospect conversations.</li><li>Support the founder's personal brand outreach activities.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Telephone Prospecting</strong><ul><li>Follow up on warm leads generated through email and LinkedIn campaigns.</li><li>Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualified prospects.</li><li>Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings.</li><li>Maintain consistent call activity and follow-up.</li></ul></li><li><strong>CRM &amp; Pipeline Management</strong><ul><li>Maintain accurate CRM records.</li><li>Track outreach activities and lead progression.</li><li>Manage prospect records and reporting.</li><li>Ensure all interactions are documented properly.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Technology &amp; AI</strong></li></ul><p>Comfortably use modern sales and productivity tools, including:</p><ul><li>LinkedIn Sales Navigator</li><li>CRM platforms</li><li>Email outreach tools</li><li>Data scraping and research tools</li><li>AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and workflow efficiency</li><li>Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets</li></ul><h3>Must-Have Skills:</h3><ul><li>At least 2+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR
