<h3>What success looks like in this role: </h3><p>• Works closely with cross-functional project team members to ensure an integrated approach to AI / ML model application.</p><ul><li>Leading the design and development of Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks</li></ul><p>• Works with AI Engineers, AI experts and associated operations and other technical personnel to deliver end-to-end solutions designed to enhance user experience and deliver superior results.<br>• Collaborates on the definition of AI / ML model development and application standards.<br>• Employs creative and leading-edge thinking to reconcile end user requirements with technical feasibility and business viability.<br>• Collaborates with model builders and recommends architectures to ensure timely and quality service delivery.<br>• Provides targeted feedback and peer review for AI / ML and allied team members.<br>• Leverages current understanding of AI / ML and software engineering to transform ideas into specific model, development and product recommendations.</p><h3>You will be successful in this role if you have:</h3><ul><li><p>BS/BE Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in agent-based and autonomous systems.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding and hands-on experience agent orchestration frameworks and AI tooling ecosystems (e.g., CrewAI).</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Doc Intelligence, Translator, etc</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Azure OpenAI GPT models, including capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, and structured outputs.</p></li><li><p>Strong programming skills in Python, with experience integrating AI services, APIs, and data pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in back-end development using Python, and/or Golang, with a focus on API-driven architecture.</p></li><li><p>Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, and familiarity with vector databases.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of at least one front-end framework such as React or Angular for UI</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, containers, and microservices.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in cluster using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm &amp; platforms like Rancher</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with UI/UX tooling such as Figma for rapid prototyping and design collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Cloud certifications (Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent) are an added advantage.</p></li></ul><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/unisys">Unisys</a> is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, col
