Job Description
<p>We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Key Account Manager to support <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/abbvie">AbbVie</a>’s gastroenterology portfolio in the field. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, drive account growth, and help improve patient outcomes through meaningful scientific and commercial engagement. </p><h3>In this position you will: </h3><ul><li>Own and deliver territory and account plans to achieve agreed goals and KPIs. </li><li>Identify, prioritize, and develop key customer relationships in line with product strategy. </li><li>Use CRM tools to manage call planning, tracking, and follow-up activities effectively. </li><li>Build trusted relationships with key external experts and decision-makers. </li><li>Act as a local product expert and deliver compliant, high-quality product information using approved materials. </li><li>Plan and execute live and virtual customer events and presentations. </li><li>Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence, sharing relevant insights with internal teams. </li><li>Work in full alignment with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/abbvie">AbbVie</a> policies, SOPs, ethical standards, and applicable regulations. </li></ul><p>You have preferably at least 3 years of experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, ideally in sales, account management, or territory management. Alternatively, you have recently graduated from a relevant university degree and show aptitude to commence your career in sales. In addition you have:</p><ul><li>A university degree or equivalent in life sciences, natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field. </li><li>An interest to grow and develop </li><li>Strong experience in customer relationship management. </li><li>Confidence using digital tools for virtual and hybrid customer engagement. </li><li>Experience in immunology or gastroenterology is an advantage. </li><li>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions. </li><li>A knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>Fluent in Estonian and good command of English. </li><li>Strong digital literacy and confidence using CRM and MS Office tools. </li><li>A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as needed. </li></ul><p>This is a remote position, however ideally you live in or near to Tallinn. </p><p>Here you have the opportunity to do meaningful work that improves patients’ lives , working in a collaborative and inclusive culture, a workplace that values innovation, integrity, and accountability.</p><h3>In addition:</h3><ul><li>Career development, learning, and growth opportunities </li><li>Competitive salary and performance bonus </li><li>Company car and all work-related devices </li><li>Health, life and disability insurances </li><li>Sports benefits </li><li>Newly renovated
