<p>As a member of our Global Product Management Team for Service & Maintenance, you will play an active role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify, shape, and deliver scalable service products – such as smart monitoring, maintenance, and further lifecycle solutions – in every market we operate in, offering #NewEnergy to our customers.</p>
<p>Your tasks & responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Accelerate the energy transition:</strong> You will be at the forefront of the energy transition and play an important role in shaping pioneering service products and digital solutions for international markets</li>
<li><strong>Drive key service initiatives:</strong> You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and concept validation to scaling our global service portfolio (including proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty)</li>
<li><strong>Optimize and automate processes:</strong> Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial) to translate operational feedback into scalable product solutions and re-think existing process structures</li>
<li><strong>Analyze and refine:</strong> Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends. You will monitor KPIs to help optimize product adoption and overall customer satisfaction</li>
<li><strong>Master communication:</strong> Master the art of product communication, aligning with internal & external stakeholders as well as customers across markets to ensure seamless rollouts</li>
