<p><strong>About The Happy Customers</strong></p> <p>The Happy Customers is a Berlin-based startup helping German and European businesses improve their customer experience through AI-enhanced multilingual customer support teams.</p> <p>We partner with companies across Europe to provide professional customer support through email, chat, and phone in multiple European languages.</p> <p>We are currently building a talent pool of Icelandic-speaking Customer Support Agents based in Germany to support upcoming client projects.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As an Icelandic Customer Support Agent, you will help customers through multiple communication channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.</p> <p>Your responsibilities may include:</p> <p>• Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound &#x26; outbound)</p> <p>• Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently</p> <p>• Escalating complex issues where required</p> <p>• Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems</p> <p>• Following client processes and quality standards</p> <p>• Contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>• Based in Germany with valid work authorisation</p> <p>• Native or professional proficiency in Icelandic</p> <p>• Good English communication skills</p> <p>• 1–3 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred</p> <p>• Comfortable communicating through phone, email and chat</p> <p>• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) is an advantage</p> <p>• Ability to work independently in a remote environment</p> <p>• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup with laptop/desktop</p> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p>Fully remote work within Germany</p> <p>Opportunity to work with international companies</p> <p>AI-enhanced customer support environment</p> <p>Continuous learning and development</p> <p>Opportunity for long-term collaboration based on project availability</p> <p>We are currently building a talent pool for upcoming client projects.
