As a hands-on generalist, you will own the full employee lifecycle end-to-end, partnering with leadership to build scalable processes and a premier staff experience.<br><br><strong>Key Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist owning multiple functions</li><li>Required: Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws</li><li>Desired: Proficiency in Rippling HRIS</li><li>Desired: High growth, or start-up experience</li><li>Required: Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours</li><li>Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus</li><li>Exceptional communication skills and discretion with confidential information<br><br></li></ul>Core Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Compliance &amp; Payroll: Manage multi-state compliance, own full-cycle payroll in Rippling, and maintain audit-ready records</li><li>Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruiting from JD creation to onboarding top-tier talent</li><li>Employee Experience: Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development</li><li>Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<br><br></strong>We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, 401(k), generous PTO, and a remote-first work environment.<br><br>How to Apply<br><br>Ready to make an impact?
