This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operational work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced social commerce environment.</p><hr><h3>What You'll Do</h3><h3>Creator Communication</h3><ul><li>Respond to creator inquiries using approved messaging templates.</li> <li>Support creators with questions related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account information.</li> <li>Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.</li> </ul><h3>Sample &amp; Affiliate Management</h3><ul><li>Review and process creator sample requests.</li> <li>Approve or decline requests based on established brand guidelines.</li> <li>Maintain clean and organized approval queues.</li> </ul><h3>Creator &amp; Content Review</h3><ul><li>Evaluate creators for brand fit, content quality, engagement, and compliance.</li> <li>Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign requirements.</li> <li>Identify and escalate potential brand safety or compliance concerns.</li> </ul><h3>Campaign Support</h3><ul><li>Send creator outreach messages and campaign invitations.</li> <li>Track creator responses and assist with campaign coordination.</li> <li>Support active affiliate campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.</li> </ul><h3>Account Operations</h3><ul><li>Monitor assigned TikTok Shop accounts and complete daily operational tasks.</li> <li>Keep workflows, trackers, and account information organized and current.</li> <li>Communicate blockers and workload concerns proactively.</li> </ul><hr><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.</li> </ul><h3>• Strong written communication skil
