<p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/forrest">FORREST</a> is a new purpose-driven brand dedicated to walking, creation, and finding balance between nature and culture.</p><p>An independent label born in France, <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/forrest">FORREST</a> designs and crafts premium walking bags in its own workshop, alongside its artisans, with a deep commitment to quality, sustainability and responsible production.</p><p>At the crossroads of fashion, urban culture and outdoor design, <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/forrest">FORREST</a> wants to offer more than products: a new relationship to walking, creativity, slowness and the physical world.</p><p>We are preparing our e-commerce launch and are looking for a senior Growth Lead to help us structure our digital acquisition strategy without compromising the brand’s cultural and premium positioning.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><p>As Growth Lead / Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for building and piloting the first acquisition system for <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/forrest">FORREST</a>.</p><p>Your role will be to turn our brand universe into a clear, measurable and scalable acquisition strategy.</p><p>You will work directly with the founders and help us define what to test, where to invest, how to measure performance, and how to grow without damaging the brand.</p><h3>Your responsibilities will include:</h3><ul><li>Build a 90-day digital acquisition plan for the launch.</li><li>Define the right channel mix: Meta Ads, Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting, CRM, newsletter, content and collaborations.</li><li>Structure the acquisition funnel from traffic to conversion.</li><li>Identify and test the most relevant creative angles for <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/forrest">FORREST</a>.</li><li>Work with creative teams to brief and evaluate performance assets.</li><li>Coordinate media buying, CRM, tracking and creative specialists when needed.</li><li>Set up a simple but useful reporting system.</li><li>Analyse CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, cost per lead, email sign-ups and margin impact.</li><li>Recommend budget allocation and scaling decisions.</li><li>Help improve the e-commerce journey: landing pages, product pages, reassurance, storytelling, checkout and post-purchase flows.</li><li>Translate learnings into clear weekly decisions.</li></ul><p>The mission is not only about buying traffic. It is about building a learning system that helps us understand our audience, our strongest messages and our best acquisition channels.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><p>We are looking for a senior profile with strong experience in digital acquisition for DTC, e-commerce or premium consumer brands.</p><h3>You should have experience with:</h3><ul><li>Launching or scaling DTC brands.</li><li>Physical products and e-commerce.</li><li>Premium or high-consideration purchases.</li><li>Paid acquisition, especially Meta and Google.</li>
