Working alongside other assistants, the role supports scheduling, travel coordination, stakeholder management, and holiday coverage in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.<br><br><br><strong>Responsibiities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for members of the Executive Committee and senior leadership</li><li>Support the smooth day-to-day running of executive activities through effective coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration with colleagues, including holiday coverage as required</li><li>Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other confidential documentation with a high level of accuracy and discretion</li><li>Act as a key liaison between members of the Executive Committee, in
