<p><strong>Help develop the embedded software behind one of the world's first scalable road power plants.</strong></p> <p>Our client is a <strong>fast growing GreenTech startup</strong> based in Mils, Austria, developing one of the world's first scalable road power plants. By transforming existing road infrastructure into a <strong>new source of renewable energy</strong>, the team is creating a completely new way of generating clean electricity without additional land use. As an <strong>Embedded Software Engineer</strong>, you will develop the embedded software that controls this groundbreaking technology and helps bring it from prototype to international deployment. Working closely with <strong>electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and physics engineers</strong>, you will build intelligent control systems, integrate hardware and software, and help shape the future of <strong>clean energy infrastructure</strong>.</p> <p>If you enjoy taking ownership, solving complex engineering challenges and building products with real world impact, this is your opportunity to leave your mark.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>As an <strong>Embedded Software Engineer</strong>, you will develop the embedded software that powers the next generation of the Road Power Plant and helps prepare the technology for international deployment.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Embedded Software Development:</strong> Design and develop embedded software for the Road Power Plant and future energy harvesting systems.</li> <li><strong>Firmware Engineering:</strong> Implement robust firmware and real time control algorithms for embedded controllers.</li> <li><strong>Simulation &#x26; Validation:</strong> Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models for system simulation, validation and optimization.</li> <li><strong>Hardware Integration:</strong> Integrate sensors, actuators and communication interfaces into the overall electrical system architecture.</li> <li><strong>Testing &#x26; Debugging:</strong> Perform Software in the Loop (SIL), Hardware in the Loop (HIL), laboratory and field testing to validate system performance.</li> <li><strong>Data Infrastructure:</strong> Develop and maintain cloud based data storage solutions and databases for pilot installations and operational analysis.</li> <li><strong>Cross Functional Engineering:</strong> Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and physics teams to create reliable integrated system solutions.</li> <li><strong>Prototype &#x26; Scale Up:</strong> Support prototype development and contribute to the transition from prototype to serial production.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Optimize software architecture, reliability and overall system performance for future product generations.</li> <li><strong>International Field Projects:</strong> Support pilot installations and field testing in Europe and internationally whenever required.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro
