By transforming existing road infrastructure into a <strong>new source of renewable energy</strong>, the team is creating a completely new way of generating clean electricity without additional land use. As an <strong>Electrical Engineer</strong>, you will help bring this breakthrough technology from prototype to international deployment. Working closely with <strong>mechanical, software, hydraulic and physics engineers</strong>, you will solve complex engineering challenges, build innovative hardware and help shape the future of <strong>clean energy infrastructure</strong>. If you enjoy taking ownership, moving fast and building products with real world impact, this is your opportunity to leave your mark.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>As <strong>Electrical Engineer</strong>, you will develop the electrical systems behind an innovative ClimateTech product and help prepare it for international serial production.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Hardware Development:</strong> Design and develop electrical hardware for the next generation of the Road Power Plant.</li> <li><strong>Circuit Design:</strong> Create electrical schematics, select components and design high quality PCB layouts.</li> <li><strong>Testing &#x26; Validation:</strong> Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and system validation.</li> <li><strong>Prototype Development:</strong> Develop prototypes and support the transition into serial production.</li> <li><strong>System Integration:</strong> Integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the overall product architecture.</li> <li><strong>Cross Functional Engineering:</strong> Collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams to solve interdisciplinary engineering challenges.</li> <li><strong>Field Testing:</strong> Support real world testing and continuously improve hardware performance under practical operating conditions.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Optimize existing electrical systems with a strong focus on reliability, manufacturability and scalability.</li> <li><strong>Innovation:</strong> Contribute to future controller generations and electrical architectures for international deployment.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.</strong> Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.</li> <li><strong>Hands on experience</strong> in electrical hardware development, electronic product development or comparable engineering roles.</li> <li><strong>Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong knowledge of PCB design,</strong> circuit development
