Join us.<br> <br><strong>Job Description<br></strong> <br>As a <strong>Construction Inspector</strong> , you will provide on-site inspection, monitoring, reporting and documentation for municipal infrastructure projects, including water/ wastewater treatment facility, water distribution piping, sanitary sewers, and roadway construction. In this role, you will help ensure that work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory standards while supporting project managers and engineers throughout the construction process.<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities include:<br></strong> <ul><li>Perform daily field inspections of civil infrastructure construction</li> <li>Monitor contractor activities for compliance with project plans, specifications, and municipal standards.</li> <li>Document daily construction activities, quantities, and site conditions using inspection reports and photo logs.</li> <li>Observe and verify materials, testing procedures, and workmanship.</li> <li>Coordinate with contractors, engineers, utility providers, and municipal staff to resolve field issues.</li> <li>Assist with reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders as needed.</li> <li>Monitor health and safety compliance on-site</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements. Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.</li> <br></ul><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><strong>Minimum Requirements:<br></strong> <ul><li>6+ years of experience in construction inspection for municipal civil infrastructure.</li> <li>Understanding of water, sanitary, storm, and roadway construction methods and materials.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.</li> <br></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br></strong> <ul><li>8+ years of experience in construction inspection for municipal civil infrastructure.</li> <li>Engineering Tec
