<p>We’re hiring a Community &amp; Growth Operator to help us figure out where our users already are, how attention moves in AI right now, and how to turn early interest into real traction.</p><p>You’ll work directly with the founder. No layers, no giant marketing org, no waiting around for approval chains.</p><p>This is an execution-heavy role. We care much more about speed, instincts, curiosity, and ability to figure things out than polished resumes or traditional marketing backgrounds.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><h3>You’ll spend your time:</h3><ul><li>Finding high-signal communities, creators, conversations, and distribution channels</li><li>Understanding how users talk about different AI use cases and pain points</li><li>Testing hooks, narratives, content angles, and lightweight growth experiments</li><li>Building relationships with early users, creators, and community champions</li><li>Sharing demos, workflows, product updates, and use cases in ways that feel natural</li><li>Figuring out which channels and messaging actually drive engagement and adoption</li><li>Feeding insights and trends back into product and GTM decisions</li><li>Using AI tools and automation to scale workflows and growth systems</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>You might be a fit if:</h3><ul><li>You’ve grown communities, accounts, audiences, or engagement before</li><li>You understand how attention works online in 2026</li><li>You move fast and don’t need heavy process or structure</li><li>You’re good at spotting what people actually care about</li><li>You naturally experiment, iterate, and test things constantly</li><li>You already use AI tools heavily in your day-to-day workflows</li><li>You’ve spent time around startups, creators, AI products, online communities, or growth ecosystems</li></ul><h3>Bonus points if:</h3><ul><li>You’ve grown your own audience, page, newsletter, or community</li><li>You’ve built AI-assisted workflows or automations</li><li>You’ve run measurable growth experiments before</li><li>You have strong taste in positioning, content, and distribution</li></ul><p>Remote role, aligned with the Berlin/Germany timezone.</p><p>We care far more about raw potential, speed, adaptability, and ownership than traditional credentials.</p><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
