<h2><strong>Position: Client Success Manager</strong></h2> <p><strong>Location: 100% Remote – Work from Anywhere<br/>Schedule: U.S. West Coast Hours, Monday–Friday (Full-Time)<br/>Compensation: $2,500–$3,000 USD/month</strong></p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Overview</strong></h2> <p>Integrated Hire (integratedhire.com) helps small and mid-sized U.S. businesses build high-performing remote teams by connecting them with experienced offshore professionals across administration, finance, customer service, marketing, operations, and more.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who is highly organized, responsive, and excellent at keeping clients happy. This is not primarily a sales role. The focus is on onboarding, client communication, follow-up, problem solving, and making sure the client experience stays smooth from the moment a client signs through the hiring process and beyond.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, and recruitment team to keep clients properly onboarded, updated, and supported. You’ll help answer questions, coordinate next steps, monitor interviews, and resolve issues quickly before they become larger problems.</p> <p>This role is best suited for someone who is calm under pressure, strong with follow-through, comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients, and able to manage many moving pieces without letting anything fall through the cracks. <strong>Special preference will be given to Americans working from abroad, or candidates who have lived and worked in the U.S. long enough to communicate naturally with U.S. business owners and understand their expectations.</strong></p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <p><strong>Client Onboarding &amp; Handover</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead or join onboarding calls after a new client signs, and manage a smooth handover from sales to delivery</p> </li> <li> <p>Confirm and document client requirements, expectations, and timelines for the internal team</p> </li> <li> <p>Set the tone for a professional, organized client experience from day one</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Communication &amp; Retention</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the main point of contact for clients through recruitment, placement, and beyond</p> </li> <li> <p>Run regular check-ins and mid-cycle updates on search progress, organize interviews, and next steps</p> </li> <li> <p>Answer client questions with clear guidance on process, documentation, and timelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay proactive after hires are made — flag concerns, expansion opportunities, and risks to the right internal personnel</p> </li> <li> <p>Keep clients seeing Integrated Hire as a reliable long-term partner</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Problem Resolution &amp; Support</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Spot client concerns early and resolve them quickly, coordinating with recruiters and leadership as needed</p> </li> <li> <p>Handle requests around documentation, contracts, and process changes</p> </li> <li> <p>Esc
