This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.<br><br><strong>What You'll Own</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For  </h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and senior external stakeholders.  Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em
