Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.<br><br>If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.</p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's finance super app.<br><br>This role is for product-minded engineers who can move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.</p><h3><strong>What You'll Own</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.</p></li><li><h3>Comfortable debugging across the stack.</h3></li><li><p style="min-hei
