<p><strong>Remote (Germany / EU) · Independent contractor · Revenue share</strong></p>
<p>Datavent is an AWS & Anthropic Partner delivering data engineering, analytics, BI, and AI solutions built on AWS and Claude via Amazon Bedrock.</p>
<p>We’re opening a <strong>revenue-share partnership</strong> for an experienced business development professional who already has trusted relationships in the data, AI, analytics, or cloud ecosystem.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>You bring the relationships and open the doors — we handle the engineering, lead the technical sale, and deliver.</strong> You earn a strong, uncapped share of every project you originate.</p>
<p><strong>What this is — and isn’t</strong></p>
<p>This is a client-facing, deal-originating role for someone who can connect with decision-makers and turn trusted relationships into signed projects.</p>
<p>This is <strong>not</strong> a lead-generation, list-building, or cold-outreach role. We’re looking for real relationships that open doors, not prospect lists.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Originate new consulting projects across Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, DWH, AI, and GenAI.</li>
<li>Connect directly with clients, partners, and executive decision-makers in your network.</li>
<li>Own the commercial relationship from introduction to signed deal.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Datavent’s technical team during discovery, solution shaping, and proposal development.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation — revenue share</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong, uncapped revenue share, typically in the <strong>15–25% range</strong>, agreed individually based on experience, network, and level of involvement.</li>
<li>Revenue share applies to projects you originate and help secure.</li>
<li>Recurring share may apply to renewals and follow-on work connected to the relationships you originate.</li>
</ul>
<p>There is no fixed base salary or retainer at this stage. This is structured to reward strong originators directly based on the business they create.</p>
<p><strong>You have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in technology consulting sales, business development, partnerships, or channel sales.</li>
<li>A proven track record of generating consulting or professional-services revenue.</li>
<li>An established network and the ability to open doors with clients, partners, and decision-makers.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Fluent English.</li>
