<h3>Business Development Manager</h3><h3>Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Eastern Time Zone)</h3><h3>PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION </h3><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Grow Aeroqual’s air monitoring solutions business through key environmental consultants use in industrial perimeter monitoring of remediation and construction sites.</p></li><li><p style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Accelerate North American total solutions revenue, gross margin and software recurring revenue with key accounts.</p></li></ul><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><h3>Business Development:</h3><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">Build relationships with all key account stakeholders, including executive, operations, technical, IT, and influencers for mass roll out of Aeroqual solutions.</li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Fill and maintain the sales pipeline for key accounts in Canada.</li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Identify proof of concept locations and internal customer champions.</li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Scope proof of concept projects and agree success metrics and future potential with the client.</li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Prepare statements of work, quotes and sales orders.</li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Acquire in-depth knowledge of Aeroqual and our channel partner’s ideal customer profile, specific pain points and how they are addressed by the Aeroqual product line. </li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Conduct introductory Aeroqual Presentation and software demonstrations.</li><li style="line-height: 115%;">Visit key account project sites to understand how the solutions are being applied and build on-site rapport.</li><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">Represent Aeroqual at NAM trade shows and events.</li></ul><h3>Customer Success & Product Management:</h3><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">Unwavering commitment to meeting the success criteria within agreed timeframe for every customer proof of concept.</li><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">Keen attention to detail in planning enterprise-wide roll outs and mitigating quickly and professionally any hurdles or challenges.</li><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">Create Aeroqual product evangelists by wowing customers with the fit and performance of hardware and software.</li><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">Capture, evaluate and share customer suggestions for improvements to the product-led solutions and participate in roadmap prioritization.</li></ul><h3>Marketing:</h3><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;">LinkedIn and social media posting and sharing of others posts to boost the Aeroqual brand, promote thought leadership, generate sales leads and create excitement around the products.</li><li style="line-he
