Job Description
<ul><li>Seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services</li><li>Participating personally and actively in the sales process, delivering presentations to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customers throughout the entire sales cycle</li><li>Identifying the expectations and constraints of potential clients and ensuring that the Company’s proposals align with their business needs in the best possible way</li><li>Driving the contract signing process and related negotiations</li><li>Preparing and developing relevant documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials</li><li>Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs</li><li>Building and continuously expanding a strong network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services </li><li>Continuously increasing company revenue and expanding the customer base</li><li>Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities</li><li>Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus domains through continuous learning </li><li>Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s customers</li></ul><ul><li>Higher education degree</li><li>3+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, with proven success in AI-related projects</li><li>Proven track record of successfully completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams</li><li>Advanced English and German (both verbal and written communication, including report writing)</li><li>Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles</li><li>Experience preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions</li><li>Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and pay attention to details</li></ul><p>We at <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/sigma-software-e561c036-16e4-4b2c-aa28-a33af9f3750b">Sigma Software</a> are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing AI direction.
