Let’s grow better, together.<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong>We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Sales &amp; Business Development team, supporting Parkopedia's global commercial operations through market intelligence, data analysis and AI-driven insights.<br><br>This role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy, helping improve pipeline visibility, customer insights and revenue forecasting. You'll work closely with our global Account Managers, providing data-driven recommendations that support business growth and smarter decision-making.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyse market trends, customer performance and mobility industry insights.</li><li>Research competitors and market developments using modern AI tools.</li><li>Support Account Managers with commercial insights and growth opportunities.</li><li>Monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing and revenue forecasts.</li><li>Analyse transaction data across parking, charging, fuel and tolling products.</li><li>Improve CRM data quality, reporting and pipeline visibility.</li><li>Produce regular commercial reporting to support business decision<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience interpreting large datasets.</li><li>Experience using AI tools and modern analytics solutions to improve research, reporting and workflows.</li><li>Experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar analytical role.</li><li>Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to business stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent English, both written and spoken.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Why Join Us?<br><br></strong></strong>You’ll be part of a team where your ideas are heard, your craft is respected, and your growth is prioritized.
