<strong>Razorblue Role<br><br></strong>We are looking for a <strong>Bid Manager</strong> to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:<br><br><strong>Bid Management (80%)<br><br></strong><strong>Bid Management - End to End Bid Process Oversight<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end bid process for multiple new business opportunities and key frameworks</li><li>Manage timelines, documentation, and submission requirements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure all bids comply with client specifications, internal governance and scoring criteria.</li><li>Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and impact.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work closely with subject matter experts in business development, commercial, and operational teams.</li><li>Facilitate bid kick-off and review meetings.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Tender &amp; Opportunity Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify and qualify tender opportunities across public and private sectors.</li><li>Monitor procurement portals and industry platforms for new bids.</li><li>Develop bid strategies aligned with business goals<br><br></li></ul><strong>Proposal Writing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Write clear, persuasive, and tailored content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.</li><li>Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all submissions.</li><li>Translate complex technical or operational information into accessible language.</li><li>Maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and credentials<br><br></li></ul><strong>Research &amp; Intelligence Gathering<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyse tender documents and customer requirements.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform bid strategy.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and procurement practices.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Commercial &amp; Risk Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prepare pricing schedules and financial models alongside Commercial Engagement team.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments throughout the bid lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure bids are commercially viable and competitive<br><br></li></ul><strong>Post-Bid Activities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead debriefs and lessons-learned sessions.</li><li>Track bid outcomes and maintain performance reports.</li><li>Support client presentations and negotiations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Business Development (20%)<br><br></strong><strong>Opportunities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Respond to prospect enquires</li><li>Identify, grow and collaborate on opportunities to ensure growth attainment</li><li>Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors<br><br></li></ul><strong>Quotations, Orders, Contracts &amp; Invoicing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Liaise with Procurement to provide quotations for service within the product/services and
