Your work will directly impact who we contact, when we contact them, and how consistently we follow up.</p><p><strong>Mission:</strong> Build a system where no opportunity is missed and no follow-up is forgotten.</p><h3>What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)</h3><ul><li>All contacts and activity are centralized and structured within JobAdder</li> <li>Automated systems are in place to capture and route new leads</li> <li>Engagement signals across platforms are tracked and connected</li> <li>A daily who to contact and why action list is actively used by leadership</li> <li>Manual processes and missed follow-ups are significantly reduced</li> </ul><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Automation &amp; System Architecture</h3><ul><li>Build and manage workflows using Zapier (or similar tools)</li> <li>Design scalable systems connecting CRM, outreach, and engagement platforms</li> <li>Ensure clean, reliable, and efficient data flow across systems</li> </ul><h3>2. CRM Ownership (System of Record)</h3><ul><li>Own and optimize JobAdder as the central CRM</li> <li>Standardize data structure, including tags, statuses, and activity tracking</li> <li>Ensure all relevant activity is accurately captured within the CRM</li> </ul><h3>3. Tool Integration &amp; Data Flow</h3><h3>Integrate and maintain data across:</h3><h3>· Reply.io (email activity)</h3><h3>· Dripify (LinkedIn activity)</h3><h3>· Mailchimp (newsletter engagement)</h3><h3>· CoRecruit (call insights)</h3><ul><li>LinkedIn Sales Navigator (job changes, company signals)</li> </ul><p>Goal: Create one unified system of contacts, activity, and engagement signals</p><h3>4. Signal Aggregation &amp; Intent Tracking</h3><ul><li>Capture engagement signals from web, email, LinkedIn, and video platforms</li> <li>Translate signals into actionable insights such as alerts, tasks, and follow-ups</li> <li>Ensure no warm lead or engagement opportunity is missed</li> </ul><p>5. Trigger-Based Tasking &amp; Workflow Automation</p><ul><li>Build automated workflows that assign tasks and trigger follow-ups</li> <li>Route leads to appropriate workflows based on behavior and signals</li> <li>Create systems that guide daily execution for leadership and VAs</li> </ul><h3>6.
