<p><strong><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/harbor">Harbor</a></strong> is seeking a skilled and customer-focused <strong>Associate Consultant</strong> with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes.</p><p>Work Location &amp; Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in Manila, Philippines. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST). Following these first several months, <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/harbor">Harbor</a> will adjust the schedule to better fit Manila hours based on long-term <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/harbor">Harbor</a> and client needs. The long-term schedule will be finalized after the first 9 months of employment. Also, there may also be a week of training early on, in person at the Manila office, during Manila business hours. </p><hr><h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Implement, configure, and support software solutions based on customer requirements.</li><li>Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams as needed.</li><li>Be open to learning new technologies, such as Luminance, Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, and NetDocuments to support <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/harbor">Harbor</a> implementation projects.</li><li>Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements.</li><li>Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication throughout implementation or support lifecycles.</li><li>Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h4>Experience, Education and Qualifications:</h4><ul><li>Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or Data &amp; Analytics. </li><li>Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management. </li><li>Strong observational, analytical and numerical reasoning skills. </li><li>Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken). </li><li>Excels in a cooperative team environment. </li><li>Positive, enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to quic
