<p>Our Client is a Foreign Tech Company who have been developed various products based on e-commerce platforms, incubation, growth-phase products, or long-term core business products, looking for a Project Manager who can speak both Japanese &amp; English. </p><h3>JOB DESCRIPTION</h3><ul><li>Create a full development schedule from the roadmap to epics</li><li>Create and execute 1-2 weeks development plans and following-up reporting.</li><li>Define KPI for project completion" for backlog tasks and create tickets for each sprint.</li><li>Primary response to inquiries from stakeholders and system incidents.</li><li>Build relationships with all project stakeholders, including SWEs, PDM, Customer Support, etc.</li><li>Define KPIs and improve the productivity and operation development.</li></ul><h3>JOB REQUIREMENT</h3><h3><em>Basic Qualification</em></h3><ul><li>Fluent Japanese language skills N2 or higher, or Native Japanese.</li><li>English skills equivalent to CEFR B1, IELTS 5.5 or higher.</li><li>Preferable candidate with minimum 5 year-experience in project management for technology company.</li><li>Ability to define or explain system specifications from business requirements.</li><li>Experience managing tasks and schedules for more than two weeks using tools such as ClickUp and Jira.</li><li>Document creation skills using tools such as Notion, Google Docs, and spreadsheets</li><li>Prioritizing tasks with BizDev, SWEs, and PDM</li><li>Solid competency in strictly managing schedule.</li></ul><h3><em>Preferred Experience</em></h3><ul><li>Proven track record in development team productivity by setting KPIs, measuring product effectiveness and improvement.</li><li>Monitor multi KPIs to track products after release such as conversion rate and retention rate</li><li>Agile Scrum Master</li><li>Experience as SWE, UI/UX designer, etc.</li><li>Data analysis and table definition using SQL.</li><li>Proven experience in junior project managers, IT communicators, etc.</li></ul><h3><em>Screening Criteria</em></h3><ul><li>Showed a strong competency to identify and solve problems for the team and users</li><li>Teamwork player to cooperate with project team members</li><li>Willing to learn and applying new technologies</li></ul><h3><em>Compensation &amp; Benefits</em></h3><ul><li>Flexible working time and WFH</li><li>MacBook provided</li><li>English lessons and other educational expenses support</li><li>Premium healthcare</li><li>Annual leave 15 days per year</li><li>Monthly gathering, free drinks, company trip</li><li>Performance &amp; salary reviewing twice a year</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
