Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.</p><p><strong>What this is:</strong> A part-time contract (~5-10 hrs/week for ~12 weeks) supporting learners in an AI-augmented engineering bootcamp at a large regulated insurer. You review code, give feedback, run office hours, and keep engineers on track between live sessions.</p><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li>Review learners' AI-assisted code, specs, and governance artifacts — give constructive, specific feedback</li><li>Catch where learners are stuck or falling behind and intervene early</li><li>Run virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on help</li><li>Evaluate not just "does the code work" but "did the engineer use AI well" — judgment, not just output</li></ul><h3>What we need from you:</h3><ul><li>Working full-stack software engineer who uses AI coding tools in their daily workflow — specifically tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor for tasks like code generation, refactoring, debugging, or test writing (not just autocomplete suggestions)</li><li>Comfortable reviewing someone else's code and giving clear, constructive feedback in a way that's specific and actionable, not just "looks good" or "needs work"</li><li>Reliable and responsive over 12 weeks — consistency matters more than brilliance</li><li>Familiar enough with AI-assisted development to evaluate how engineers work with AI, not just what they produce</li></ul><h3>Nice to have:</h3><ul><li>Mentoring, code review, or bootcamp TA experience</li><li>Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment</li><li>Familiarity with spec-driven development or governance artifacts</li></ul><h3>Logistics:</h3><ul><li>Remote, ~5-10 hrs/week</li><li>Available during US Pacific time business hours</li><li>~12 weeks starting approximately October 2026</li></ul><h3><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/correlation-one">Correlation One</a>’s Commitment </h3><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/correlation-one">Correlation One</a> is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants. <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/correlation-one">Correlation One</a> provides a work environment free of discriminatio
