You will work with QuickBooks, AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy and process consistency.</p><p>This is a great fit for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on accounting work and understands the details that matter in inventory-based businesses such as flooring, construction, retail, warehousing, or distribution. You will have a meaningful impact on financial visibility, operational discipline, and the quality of reporting used by the business.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Maintain accurate financial records across bookkeeping, accounting, and operational finance activities </li><li> Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to support timely billing, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow visibility </li><li> Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer, and inventory-related reconciliations with a high level of accuracy </li><li> Support month-end close by reviewing transactions, correcting discrepancies, and preparing clean financial data </li><li> Use QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop to enter, review, organize, and maintain accounting records </li><li> Prepare financial reports and accounting summaries that help leadership understand business performance </li><li> Support inventory-related accounting processes, including cost tracking, purchase records, and transaction accuracy </li><li> Identify bookkeeping inconsistencies, process gaps, or reporting issues and help improve accounting workflows </li><li> Organize financial documents, records, and supporting schedules so information is easy to access and audit-ready </li><li> Communicate clearly with internal teams about accounting questions, missing information, and financial documentation needs</li></ul><h3>Requirements<p></p><p><strong>Must-Have:</strong></p></h3><ul><li><strong> 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience </strong></li><li><strong> Strong QuickBooks experience, either Onli
