Brings meaningful HR experience to a role that sits at the intersection of data, process, and program ownership. Reports to the People Operations Manager and partners closely with HR Generalists, Coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure People Operations runs accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.</p><div><h3><b>About the Role</b></h3></div><p>The People Operations Specialist II is a detail-oriented, systems-savvy HR professional who thrives in the operational core of a People team. This role goes beyond task execution — it requires the judgment to understand how HR actions connect to broader organizational and compliance outcomes. The ideal candidate has a background in HR operations or generalist work and brings the experience needed to identify risk, maintain clean data, and keep People programs running at a high standard without heavy oversight. This is not a high-visibility, front-facing role — it's the role that makes everything else on the team possible.</p><div><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3></div><h3>HR Data Integrity &amp; Systems Management</h3><ul><li>Serve as a steward of employee data within the HRIS (Workday preferred), ensuring records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times</li><li>Process employment actions — new hires, promotions, transfers, title changes, location changes, level changes, and terminations — with a strong understanding of downstream impacts on compensation, benefits, reporting structures, and compliance</li><li>Conduct regular data audits and clean-up cycles to identify and resolve discrepancies proactively</li><li>Partner with the Systems/Workday team on process improvements, configuration changes, and testing</li><li>Maintain org structure data and position management with an understanding of how job architecture decisions ripple across the organization</li></ul><h3>Compliance &amp; Polic
