If you enjoy developing talent, driving performance, and working closely with customers and teams, we would be excited to hear from you." - Brinder Gill, Senior Vice President</p><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li><p>Drive consistent execution of commercial priorities across the region to support business objectives and profitable growth</p></li><li><p>Translate business strategy into clear goals, priorities, and actions for Territory Sales Managers</p></li><li><p>Spend time in the field with the sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and development support through regular customer visits and ride-alongs</p></li><li><p>Strengthen pipeline management practices and help the team improve sales execution throughout the customer journey</p></li><li><p>Coach and support high-value sales opportunities to increase win rates and overall sales effectiveness</p></li><li><p>Promote pricing discipline and commercial excellence while balancing customer value and business performance</p></li><li><p>Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, development, and high performance</p></li><li><p>Lead performance, pipeline, and territory reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support continuous improvement</p></li></ul><h3>Who you are</h3><ul><li><p>You bring 5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment</p></li><li><p>You have proven experience leading B2B
