Sitting at the intersection of Technology, Compliance, Operations, and partner governance, this role helps ensure that our provider landscape is transparent, well-documented, risk-based, and operationally under control. Over the next 6–12 months, your main focus will be to professionalise and stabilise our third-party management setup across external providers, tied agents, and intra-group outsourcing relationships. You will help turn recurring governance work into reliable operating routines, from assessments and reporting to escalations and evidence gathering.
