The selected Engineer will create dashboards, databases, and other platforms that allow for efficient collection and evaluation of BI data.</p><h3>Essential job Functions:</h3><ul><li>Ability to manage big data and creating solutions for reporting requirements provided by stakeholders.</li><li>Problem solving and completing root cause analysis on production bugs.</li><li>Following standard SDLC process and agile practices within a team.</li><li>Develop internal and external partnerships to provide opportunity for efficient solutions to various data, system, and application uses.</li><li>Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dashboarding, and business intelligence programs.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data leveraging agile practices to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery.</li><li>Actively review new bugs reported and complete grooming and sprint planning.</li><li>Complete bug root cause analysis and work with other teams as needed to resolve issues and completes documentation and notification to the bug reporter at least twice per week.</li><li>Subject matter expert (SME) of report data modeling as well as being knowledgeable about what each field is used for and is able to determine appropriate uses of data fields to create reporting.</li><li>Explain reports to team members regarding the subject matter of each report as well as the architecture used to put it together.</li><li>Collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to
