Job Description
<p>The Workday Data PrincipalConsultant (Workday Student) will “bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex WorkdayStudentintersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation. </p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><div><ul><li><p>Reinforces company policies and procedurestoothers.</p></li><li><p>Helps others by driving,organizingand assigning tasks within a project workstreamin order todrive efficient completion and achieve project goals. </p></li><li><p>Guides clients through the data extract and cleansing process.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates and supports cross functional discussions related to the execution of a Workday tenant build.</p></li><li><p>Usestechnical aptitude to map data sources into Workday using delivered or proprietary tools for the data conversion process.</p></li><li><p>Loads customer data, troubleshoots and documents issues and provides support on resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the WorkdayStudentsolution.</p></li><li><p>Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the projectteamand the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as aCognizantor Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.</p></li><li><p>Support the validation of data loaded into Workday.</p></li><li><p>Utilizeyourtechnical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates viaWorkday load methods (i.e.iLoads/EIBs).</p></li><li><p>Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.</p></li><li><p>Activelyparticipatein update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization.</p></li><li><h3>Additionalduties asassigned bymanager.</h3></li></ul><h3>Skills & Requirements:</h3><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>2+ years of Workday implementation experiencerequired. </p></li><li><p>2-5 yearsStudent,Human Resources, Payroll, orFinancialsoftware experiencerequired.</p></li><li><p>2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS softwarerequired.</p></li><li><p>Experience gathering business requirements,designingand prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated functional experience inStudent,Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management. </p></li></ul></div></div><h3>Salary and Other Compensation</h3>Applications will be accepted until 09/29/2026The annual salary for this position is between $106,171 - $159,257 USD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also e
