Job Description
<p>Precision AQ is seeking a <strong>Vice President, Oncology Clinical Solutions</strong> to lead strategic market access initiatives that leverage clinical insight, provider behavior, and real-world evidence. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for shaping how oncology therapies are evaluated, positioned, and accessed across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.</p><p>The VP will leverage deep clinical expertise and drug utilization management experience to guide life sciences clients through complex provider dynamics. This role also plays a critical leadership function in advancing <strong>OncoGenius,</strong> Precision AQ’s proprietary oncology market intelligence platform, and translating provider insights into actionable strategies that improve product access and adoption. </p><p>Lastly, this role is member of Precision’s <strong>Access Experience Team (AET)</strong>, our on-staff decision-makers and influencers with experience spanning health plans, specialty pharmacy, PBMs and provider organizations.</p><h3>Strategic Client Leadership </h3><ul><li>As a member of the Precision AET, engage with assigned clients in seamless collaboration with agency colleagues<ul><li>Provide strategic insights to optimize market access objectives by navigating competitive challenges within the payer and provider ecosystem</li><li>Engage in strategic planning, tactic ideation, creation and execution</li></ul></li><li>Oversee OncoGenius deliverable parameters, completion and client delivery</li><li>Lead development and annual updates to syndicated reports</li><li>Direct client training education and utilization for portfolio OncoGenius solutions</li><li>Develop ad hoc research projects to solve client strategic needs</li></ul><h3>Market Research and Client Delivery </h3><ul><li>Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned to market trends and client needs</li><li>Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and content</li><li>Provide “voice of customer (VOC)” insights to engineering team for future enhancements to OncoGenius solutions based on client interactions and market intelligence</li></ul><h3>Business Development Support:</h3><ul><li>Partner with Business Development to support client pitches, proposal development and onboarding</li><li>Conduct strategic assessments of client portfolios and assets to identify market access opportunities</li><li>Contribute to AET and OncoGenius thought leadership (publications, webinars, conferences)</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</h3><ul><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning</li><li>Lead and develop team members to achieve business and strategic objectives</li><li>Travel approximately 20%</li></ul><h3>Requirements/Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Deep clinical expertise in oncology.
