Having served over 10 million patients, we are committed to being the foremost provider of ambulatory ECG monitoring, offering faster answers, deeper insights, and better outcomes.</b></p><h3><b>About the Role:</b></h3><p><b>We are seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager who will be responsible for accelerating growth by acquiring new business, expanding <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/irhythm">iRhythm</a>’s footprint across key health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic territory. This role focuses on driving adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists, electrophysiologists (EPs), and other strategic clinical stakeholders.</b></p><p><b>The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales, is highly strategic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.</b></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><h3><b>New Business Development &amp; Market Expansion</b></h3><ul><li><b>Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic targeting of EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.</b></li><li><b>Develop and execute a territory growth plan that emphasizes market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value.</b></li><li><b>Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to contract close and onboarding.</b></li></ul><h3><b>Strategic Selling &amp; Customer Engagement</b></h3><ul><li><b>Deliver high-impact, data-driven sales presentations that effectively communicate clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.</b></li><li><b>Establish and deepen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physic
