We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position. <br><br><strong>Job Summary </strong><br><br>We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Engineer to provide deep technical leadership across multiple teams and drive the design and execution of complex, cross-cutting engineering initiatives. As a Staff engineer you will be a key technical voice in shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and helping the organization deliver ambitious technical roadmaps. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical depth with strong organizational judgment, and will be comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and hands-on execution. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
