In this pivotal role, you will serve as a critical bridge between product vision and market execution, ensuring our most valuable clients can seamlessly adopt and scale the CODA software platform within their complex production environments.</p><p>As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the integrated strategy and cross-functional alignment of our client solutions. You will serve as the primary product liaison for key accounts, leveraging your deep technical expertise to drive alignment and influence across our Sales, Support, and Software Development teams.</p><p><i>This role is based in Los Angeles, which means the employee will work remotely on an ongoing basis from Los Angeles and will not have an assigned workspace at a Company designated location.</i></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p><b>Strategic Client Liaison:</b>Lead high-value client engagement as the product partner, leveraging deep domain expertise to align client operational needs with the long-term engineering roadmap and corporate goals.</p></li><li><p><b>Cross-Functional Strategy & Influence:</b>Drive alignment and secure buy-in across Sales, Support, and Software Development to ensure scalable solutions and consistent deployment standards.</p></li><li><p><b>Workflow Architecture:</b>Define and govern large-scale client deployment strategies, focusing on platform adoption that solves complex, systemic production challenges.</p></li><li><p><b>Product Voice of the Customer (VoC) & Prioritization:</b>Transform synthesized client feedback and market analysis into prioritized, actionable product requirements, effectively balancing custom solutions with core product stability.</p></li><li><p><b>Implementation Governance:</b>Oversee the product-side deployment and configuration strategy for major accounts, ensuring optimization for specific hardware and network environments while establishing best practices.</p></li><li><p><b>Knowledge Scaling & Enablement:</b>Develop and lead advanced product workshops and high-level technical documentation to scale product knowledge internally and mentor client-side technical leads.</p></li><li><p><b>Executive Relationship Management:</b>Proactively manage technical and strategic friction points to maintain high-level client retention and identify new growth opportunities.</p></li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p><b>Product Leadership:</b>8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management, ideally driving strategy within the media, entertainment, or creative tech sectors.</p></li><li><p><b>Domain Expertise:</b>Extensive knowledge of digital
